1. Initial Product Discussion
Free 1-Hour Consultation
Start your journey with a no-obligation, free consultation. We'll discuss your product idea, understand your vision, and explore initial thoughts on design and functionality.
2. Proof of Concept
Collaborate with us on-site or remotely to develop initial sketches and discuss design capabilities and limitations. We'll create a cardboard or wireframe proof of concept and develop a list of requirements and objectives for clarity and direction.
3. CAD Rendering/Revisions
Receive an initial CAD rendering of your design, followed by a 30-minute consultation to discuss revisions. This iterative process ensures your final design aligns perfectly with your vision.
4. Develop First Prototype
Turn your CAD design into a physical prototype using materials like wood, laser cutters, or 3D printers. This step brings your digital design to life and allows us to assess its physical form.
5. Design Tweaks and Prototype Testing
Conduct thorough testing of the initial prototype to evaluate functionality, durability, and performance. We'll make necessary design tweaks based on testing results, ensuring the final product meets all requirements.

6. Pre-Sale Landing Page Development
Generate interest and gauge market demand with a pre-sale landing page. This hub allows potential customers to learn about your product and place pre-orders. We can also launch your pre-sale through a Kickstarter campaign to reach a broader audience.
7. Marketing Campaign
Develop a tailored marketing campaign for your target market, utilizing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Depending on the campaign's complexity, we may outsource parts or undertake additional training.
8. Pre-Sale Goals and Production Work with us to set realistic pre-sale goals and determine the optimal time to commence production. We’ll understand your business plans and create a timeline based on pre-sale targets to ensure production starts with sufficient demand.
9. Manage First Run of Production
We help you oversee the first run of production, managing materials and machine time. While you cover the costs of materials and machine time, our fee includes comprehensive management of the production process.
